Funding partners and products
Business Loans Connect works with a participating network of business finance brokers and direct lenders.
Some broker partners may have access to finance products from multiple lenders, while other participating partners may be direct lenders offering their own products.
Business Loans Connect does not compare the entire market or every lender or finance product available in Australia.
An introduction to a participating funding partner does not mean that Business Loans Connect recommends or represents that the partner or any particular product is the best, cheapest or most suitable option for your business.

No guarantee of finance
Business Loans Connect does not guarantee:

- that a funding partner will offer finance;
- any particular finance amount;
- any particular interest rate, fee or repayment;
- the availability of a particular finance product;
- any particular finance terms; or
- that funding will be provided within a particular timeframe.
Any references to potential funding amounts, rates, timeframes or other finance features on our website or in our advertising are subject to the relevant provider's eligibility requirements, assessment, approval and terms.
Credit assessments and lending decisions
Business Loans Connect does not conduct a credit check as part of our initial referral process.
A participating broker or lender may conduct credit enquiries, request documents or undertake other assessments as part of its own process.
All lending and credit decisions are made independently by the relevant broker or lender.
Referral fees and commissions
Business Loans Connect may receive a referral fee, commission or other payment from a participating funding partner in connection with an introduction or resulting finance transaction.
You are not charged a fee by Business Loans Connect for submitting an enquiry through our website unless we expressly tell you otherwise before you incur that fee.
Third-party websites and information
Our website may contain links to, or redirect you to, websites operated by participating funding partners or other third parties.
Those websites are operated independently of Business Loans Connect and are subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy and practices.
While we take reasonable steps to keep information on the Business Loans Connect website accurate and current, finance products, rates, fees, eligibility requirements and other third-party information can change.

Independent funding partners
Participating brokers and lenders operate independently of Business Loans Connect. Once an enquiry has been referred, the relevant funding partner is responsible for its own communications, assessments, advice, representations, services, privacy practices, lending decisions, finance products and dealings with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Loans Connect is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, representations, advice, decisions or conduct of a participating funding partner, or for any finance product or service provided by that funding partner.
Liability and your legal rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Loans Connect and Square Digital Pty Ltd are not responsible for decisions made independently by third-party brokers or lenders or for the terms, approval or refusal of finance offered by those third parties.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
